GENERAL TERMS OF USE (CGU)

1. Object

The present general terms of use (hereinafter “General Terms”) aim, without prejudice to applicable legal provisions, to define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the Site banque.org.

The Site consists of two parts:

• an Internet part accessible to all Internet users aiming to explain the banque.org system to the public.
• an Intranet part reserved for Project Managers Fabric to undertake, which aims to gather their contributions. The features of this intranet part are characterized by an annual reporting of the project holders supported by the partners of the Fabric to undertake.

Any membership to the Site as well as the use of the Site are subject to compliance with the General Terms. By joining the Site or solely using it, the User acknowledges having read the General Terms and declares to accept them without restriction or reservation.

5. Conditions of access and use of the Site

The Internet user and the User access the Site via the Internet communication networks.

Access to the Intranet part of the Site is reserved for legally capable adults.

If the User acts on behalf of and for the account of a legal entity or is an employee of that legal entity, it is understood that the person accessing the Site and/or using the Site guarantees possessing the necessary powers to accept the General Terms on behalf of the entity for which they are using the Site.
