Do you dream of a firm, vigorous body, a dream silhouette? Stupid question: are you doing what it takes to get it? Yes ? No ? In either case, here are some tips to help you make your dream come true.
Move your body
Yes ! To make your body beautiful enough to make the world drool, you need to move it, and this of course through physical exercises. Pectorals, abdominals, triceps, glutes, shoulders, biceps, forearms, thighs, calves, back and neck muscles, your whole body must be shaken. To do this, some exercises are proposed to you below and rest assured, they are not complicated.
For your pectorals
A few pumps will only do them good. Stretched out, hands placed flat on the ground, feet together, also placed on the ground, slowly go down by bending your arms and from your chest, touch the ground then slowly go back up again. Above all, keep your body tense and do not bend your knees or pelvis during the movement. You must be straight. Repeat four sets of ten of this movement and you are sure to have taken a big step.
For the abs
Four sets of face sheathing two to three times each week will be enough. Lie on your stomach and support yourself on your elbows and the tips of your toes. Lift your body a few centimeters from the ground while remaining tense and your back straight. Hold in this position for one minute while contracting your abdominals, release then repeat the exercise four times in a row.
For your triceps and shoulders
Why not swim? You may not have thought about it, swimming is a great way to strengthen your arm muscles; crawl and breaststroke particularly. A few sets of oblique push-ups would also be to your advantage.
For the glutes
To tone your gluteal muscles, very simple. As soon as you are standing or sitting, at the office, at the bus stop or elsewhere, discreetly squeeze your buttocks for a minute or two. Do it several times during the day, there is no shortage of opportunities. If you are even more sporty, at home, on your mat, get on all fours, raise and stretch one leg backwards. As you do this, contract your glutes, making sure to keep your back straight.
For your thighs and calves
Prefer the stairs to the elevator. And when you have some time for a few exercises, stand upright on the back of a chair, look straight ahead and tense all the muscles. Then, lift your heels off the ground, stand on your tiptoes for five seconds and repeat the movement several times (around ten).
For your back and neck
Lie on your stomach, legs straight, hands on your forehead. Simultaneously raise your legs and upper body while inhaling, hold this position for a few seconds and return to the initial position while exhaling. For the neck muscles, lying on the edge of your bed or across a chair, throw your head back and let it hang. Then, slowly raise it until your chin touches your chest, and start again.
While doing these sports workouts, keep in mind that the secret to a perfect body is also on the plate.
Adopt good eating habits
First of all, reduce the salt in your diet, because salt allows retention. Favor fiber, vegetables and fruits. Avoid bad fats. For your meals, choose vegetable oils (olive, rapeseed). And for your protein intake, think about white meats (chicken, turkey). Grilled, they are your allies for a dream body. Fish such as mackerel, tuna, salmon are also welcome on your plate. For vegetarians, tofu is excellent. And to crown your efforts, a cold drink. Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to cool water and drink it to remove excess water from the tissues. You can also opt for green tea if you feel like it.
